What We Collect, and Why
When you fill in an enquiry form
The homeowner enquiry form asks for your name, phone number and postcode, what you are planning, and optionally your email address. The postcode is only used to check you are within the area we cover.
The trade price list form asks for your name, email address and phone number, the type of business you run, and optionally your company name. The email address is needed because that is where we send the price list.
We use these details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote or price list, and answer any follow-up questions. We will not add you to a mailing list off the back of an enquiry.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us asking for a quote or a price list, and we need your details to respond. You can ask us to stop and delete your details at any time.
When you browse the site
If you accept cookies, we collect anonymous statistics about how people find and use the site, so we know which pages are useful and whether our advertising is working. This is covered in the cookies section below, and it only happens if you agree.
We also collect basic visitor numbers using a method that sets no cookies and does not identify anybody. See the table below.
Who Else Sees Your Information
We keep this to the minimum. The only companies involved are the ones that make the website work:
- Formspree delivers the enquiry forms to our inbox. Your form details pass through their service on the way to us.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides our cookieless visitor statistics.
- Google provides Analytics and Ads. They only receive anything if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you press Accept. If you close the banner with "No Thanks", or ignore it, none of the cookies in the table below are stored. The site works exactly the same either way.
You will see a short banner the first time you visit. Your choice is remembered on your own device so we do not keep asking.

Changing your mind
To withdraw your consent, clear cookies and site data for this website in your browser settings. The banner will then appear again on your next visit and you can choose differently. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser without affecting how the site works.
How Long We Keep Things
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, plus the period we are required to keep business and tax records. If your enquiry does not turn into an order, we remove your details once it is clear you no longer need us. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details;
- stop using your details, or restrict what we do with them;
- provide your details in a portable format.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
