Rigid-Grade Cabinet Carcasses, Priced for the Trade
Ready-to-assemble kitchen carcasses held in stock at our Blackburn warehouse. 18mm solid carcase, 1mm PVC edging all round, soft-close hinges as standard and every fitting in the box. A spec your customers will notice, at a price that protects your margin.
The Back Panel Tells You Everything
A carcass is easy to cheapen where nobody looks. Ours is 18mm on the back as well as the sides, cam and dowel throughout so it squares up and stays square, and soft-close on every door as standard. They are shown here assembled, which is the only honest way to photograph a flat pack.
Every Unit, Built the Same Way
The same construction runs through the whole range. Here's exactly what's inside a Prestige carcass, panel by panel.
The Numbers That Matter
No guesswork. These are the dimensions and materials on every unit we stock, ready for you to spec against.
One Price, Openly
We don't run tiered trade accounts, and there's no percentage held back to be negotiated later. Every customer sees the same number, and it is already as keen as we can make it. Rather than ask you to ring for it, here is a page of the book.

Thirty-four pages: every code, all five board groups, the drawer packs, wall, larder and panels. Emailed over, usually within a working day, and you don’t need an account to see it.
Trade prices, ex VAT, carcass only. G1 is our most widely used board group and covers 59 colours; G2 to G5 are in the full list. Flat-packed units are supplied in white, and we’ll assemble them here for £5 a unit if you would rather not build them. Where a unit shows no flat-packed price it is assembled only, as is our bedroom range. Prices are taken from our list dated August 2026 and can change; the emailed copy is always the current one.
Nothing to Order Separately
The full fittings pack with every carcass, counted for the unit it belongs to. No shortfall to chase on a Friday afternoon, and no trip to the merchant for a bag of cams.
A Supplier Who Picks Up the Phone
Every carcass we sell is cut, edged and drilled in our own factory in Blackburn rather than bought in and badged up. Three things follow from that.
Keen Trade Pricing
Held in stock and priced for the trade, so a premium spec still leaves you a healthy margin on every job. Ask for the list and see where the numbers land.
Consistent, In Stock
Standard sizes on the shelf and the same spec every order. What you quote your customer this month is exactly what turns up next month, with nothing to explain away.
Local & Responsive
Stocked and dispatched from our Blackburn warehouse, so an extra unit or a missing part is a quick call rather than a long wait on a container.
What G1 to G5 Actually Means
The code and the size fix the unit. What moves the price is the board you pick, and whether you want it built or flat packed.
202 board colours, arranged into five groups. The group reflects the finish and texture of the board rather than the colour alone, which is why the same colour can appear in more than one group. A unit priced in G3 costs the same whichever G3 board you pick, and board and door colour are chosen separately — you are not tied to matching one to the other.
Plain matt and standard textured boards. Our most widely used group, covering the whites, greys, beiges and solid colours.
Deep textured woodgrains, linens, stone effects and brushed metallics.
Synchronised pore oaks, where the texture follows the grain of the print.
True matt boards, soft to the touch and resistant to fingerprints.
High gloss and supermatt lacquered boards, our most specialised finish.
What Happens Once You Order
The answers you would otherwise have to ring up for. All of it is in the price list too, in more detail.
Ordering
- How to order
- Email info@prestigecabinets.co.uk or WhatsApp 01254 937073. Both give us the written record we need to get it right, and that is the office line as well if you would rather talk it through first.
- What to include
- Unit code, quantity, and the board group or board name for each line. State the carcass board and edging colour clearly, plus the delivery address and the date you need it.
- Lead times
- Around three working days for flat packed, seven for bespoke. Busy periods stretch that, and we tell you when you order rather than after.
- Bespoke units
- Give width, height, depth and the hinge side on the order. Anything not spelled out is made to the standard sizes.
- Amendments
- Free until your order enters production. After that it depends how far along it is, so tell us early.
Delivery
- Within 30 miles
- Free, from our own warehouse on Blakewater Road. That covers most of Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
- Further out
- Charged by the mile and quoted when you order, so you have the figure before you commit. Longer distances may go by courier, passed on at cost.
- Booking a slot
- Tell us the date and we confirm it. Morning or afternoon can be requested, allocated in the order booked.
- On site
- Someone from your company needs to be there to help unload, check the load against the delivery note and sign for it.
- Shortages and damage
- Count the load before you sign and report shortages the same day. Damage within three working days, so you can unwrap and check properly rather than counting boxes on a wet driveway.
Payment is due in full on delivery unless account terms are agreed in writing beforehand, quotations hold for 30 days, and standard stock items can be returned within 14 days unused and in their original packaging. Bespoke units cannot be returned. The full conditions of sale are in the price list.
