Do you really make the furniture yourselves?
Yes. Your cabinets are cut, edged and built in our own factory in Blackburn, and our own fitters install them. Design, manufacture and fitting all happen under one roof, so the people who build your kitchen are the people who stand behind it.
What does a fitted kitchen cost?
Kitchens start from £1,500, and most projects land between £1,500 and £20,000 depending on the size of the room and the finish you choose. You get a fully itemised quote so you can see exactly what every pound buys.
Will the price change once I've agreed it?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. It only changes if you decide to change the spec, and we'd talk that through with you first. Because we're the factory, you're buying direct rather than through a middleman.
What areas do you cover?
We're based at our own factory and workshop in Blackburn and work right across the North West, and further afield for the right job. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, ring us and we'll tell you straight.
Can I see my kitchen being made?
You're very welcome to. Once your job is in production you can come to the factory and see it taking shape, and you're welcome to visit us in Blackburn before that to talk through your project in person.
Do you only do kitchens?
No. We make fitted kitchens, fitted bedrooms and wardrobes, and media walls, plus commercial fit-outs. Anything built to your walls rather than bought off a shelf is what we do.
What happens after I get in touch?
We'll call you back within a day. Then we arrange a free, relaxed visit to measure up and listen to what you're after. There's no pressure and no obligation at any point, and if you'd rather have a rough idea first, send a photo and a room size on WhatsApp and we'll give you an honest ballpark.
How long does the whole thing take?
Your design and quote follow the first visit within a day or two, and a week at the very most. From the day you say yes, fitting is usually one to two weeks away, once your materials are in and your dates are booked. The fitting itself takes four or five days for a typical kitchen. Your days go in the diary before anything is ordered and we keep you posted throughout, so you always know where your job is up to.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, five years on every job we do. If something isn't right you ring us directly rather than a call centre, and because we made it ourselves twenty minutes down the road, a repair is usually a workshop job rather than a long reorder from a supplier.
Do you supply carcasses to the trade?
We do. We supply ready-to-assemble cabinet carcasses factory-direct to fitters, builders and developers, with soft-close as standard and every fitting in the box. Have a look at our trade page for the full spec and pricing.
